Give your training somewhere to go.
Every time you show up, your character does too.
Questlift is still being forged. Android launches first, with iOS to follow — neither button works yet, and that is on purpose.
Your training leaves a mark
Every session leaves something behind.
Nothing here is bought with money or unlocked by waiting. Every piece of it was earned by turning up and doing the work.
You showed up. So did they.
The loop
Take a quest. Do the work. Come home changed.
Some days are smaller days
The quest changes when the day does.
Questlift can read signals like your sleep and resting heart rate, and when today is a harder day than yesterday it says so — and offers you a smaller session instead of the one on paper.
And if you decide you are done partway through, that is a complete answer, not a failed workout. The programme picks up from where you actually are.
Nothing is owed.
Nothing is behind.
Friends
Friends, without the scoreboard.
Add someone by code and you will see their streak, when they last trained, their character, and the quests they have finished. You can wave at them. That is all of it.
- No leaderboard, no ranking, no league
- No feed, no read receipts, no “last seen”
- No sets, loads, weight or health readings — not hidden, simply not shared
- Your own numbers never appear on this screen at all
Look at that screen for a second. There is nothing on it to measure yourself against — because if your number is never on the same screen as theirs, the subtraction cannot be performed.
Your quest stays yours
It lives on your phone.
Everything is in a database on your device, and there is no account until you make one. Cloud backup is optional and encrypted on your phone with a key that never leaves it — so what reaches the server is a block of bytes nobody can open, including us. Keep your recovery code safe: if you lose it, nobody can open that backup either. That is the honest cost of the promise.
Health readings are included in a backup by default, and there is one switch to leave them out. No ads, and nothing sold to anyone.
Your character is waiting.
Android first, iOS to follow.
